The party's unanimous decision to reaffirm their support for the President was announced by Law and Justice leader Jarosław Kaczyński.
President Duda thanked supporters and invited all Poles to join him as he continues his tour across Poland.
"I will be grateful for your presence, for every hand-shake, and for your feedback," Duda said.
During the high profile event, which gathered over 2,000 party members, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that Duda "has made Poles' lives significantly more dignified."
"He knows ... that we have ambitious goals, and that we have to overcome many obstacles. But he has the courage, the strength and the determination to do it," Morawiecki added.
Poland’s lower-house Speaker, Elżbieta Witek, announced last week that the presidential elections would take place on May 10, with a potential second round scheduled for May 24.
Duda, who has been president since 2015, is Poland's most trusted politician, according to the latest monthly survey by pollster CBOS, and the favourite to win May's election, according to a study carried out at the end of January by pollster Kantar for private broadcaster TVN.
His contenders in the presidential race include centrist Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska; middle-of-the-road politician Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, leader of the rural-based Polish People’s Party (PSL); leftist Robert Biedroń; far-right hopeful Krzysztof Bosak; and celebrity journalist Szymon Hołownia.
