Paweł Szrot, who is the president's chief of staff, said in a Twitter post that Duda was feeling fine and had no serious symptoms.
"In connection with infections in his office and inner circle, President Andrzej Duda was tested for the coronavirus and the test came back positive," Szrot tweeted.
"The president is feeling well, not experiencing any severe symptoms, and remains under constant medical supervision," he added.
Duda was vaccinated against the coronavirus with two doses in April and June last year and also received a booster shot for added protection on December 17, Szrot told reporters.
The Polish president previously tested positive for COVID-19 in October 2020. He recovered after suffering only mild symptoms.
