The talks were part of consultations by Michel with EU leaders ahead of a summit of the bloc scheduled for Thursday and Friday.
"The discussion focused on the future of EU relations with Britain, the epidemiological situation and climate issues," the Permanent Representation of Poland to the European Union in Brussels said on Twitter.
The upcoming EU summit will focus on issues including the COVID-19 crisis, Brexit, climate change and the bloc’s relations with non-member countries, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Officials said on Tuesday evening that a test had shown Morawiecki did not have the coronavirus, despite coming into contact with a security officer infected with COVID-19.
Government spokesman Piotr Müller said that Morawiecki "remains in quarantine pending appropriate, further decisions by a doctor and sanitary services."
Poland on Tuesday reported 5,068 new coronavirus infections, its second-highest daily surge so far, and 63 additional deaths, bringing its total number of cases to 135,278 and fatalities to 3,101.
