Poland to sign 5G deal with Ericsson: PM

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and his Swedish counterpart Stefan Löfven met on Thursday in Stockholm to discuss political, military and economic cooperation between the two countries, including a huge 5G project to be launched by Ericsson in Poland.

Poland attaches particular importance to secure 5G projects, Morawiecki told reporters in Stockholm on Thursday.

He added: “I can confirm that my talks with Ericsson’s management have been very successful and that their project is a done deal that only awaits signatures by executives.”
