Duda is expected to meet a slew of international decision makers and business leaders during the annual event in the Swiss Alpine town.

The World Economic Forum takes place every year in late January. This year it will be held for the 50th time from January 21 to 24.

The Polish president will head to Davos on Monday and stay there until Thursday, according to state news agency PAP.

When he was in Davos last year, Duda told reporters that international investors were impressed by Poland’s macroeconomic performance, including its robust GDP growth.
