At an event launching the project over the weekend, Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin said the government wanted to put a premium on building teams able to quickly achieve clearly defined goals.
“There will be no walls there, no company cars or employment contracts. Instead there will be a virtual space for collaboration between the best teams of researchers from Poland and likely from around the world,” he added.
