Poland challenges EU’s mobility package at the bloc’s Justice Tribunal

Polish Transport and Logistics Employers Union is challenging EU’s decision to adopt the so called mobility package at the European Union Justice Tribunal.

The European Parliament in July voted on reports pertaining to the Mobility Package whilst rejecting amendments proposed by many countries, completing the legislative process and adopting the bill.
