Warsaw Stock Exchange celebrates 30th anniversary
The Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), the largest capital market in emerging Europe, turned 30 on Monday. Since its inception, the company has been growing rapidly, so that it is now looking to export its expertise and share its knowledge abroad.

“Defying logic, we have managed to establish a capital market that needed only 27 years to gain developed market status… Today the Warsaw exchange is considered a successful free-market transition model,” WSE CEO Marek Dietl said.
