Polish player Hubert Hurkacz (29 ATP) came third in the Re-Open tennis tournament in West Palm Beach in Florida, defeating American Tommy Paul (57 ATP) 4:1, 0:4, 4:1.
The tournament was won by American Reilly Opelka (39 ATP), who defeated in the final match Miomir Kecmanović (47 ATP) from Serbia 4:3 (7-2), 2:4, 4:2.
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the tournament was played without fans, without line judges and ball boys and with only one umpire calling matches.
This was the first televised live sporting event in North America since the coronavirus crisis.
