Niedźwiedzki, 36, won a bronze in the men's team pursuit at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.
He is currently sports director of the Polish Speed Skating Association.
Meanwhile, the head of the Polish Medical Mission at the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will be Hubert Krzysztofiak. He will perform the same role during the Summer Olympics in Tokyo this year.
Both men were selected by the board of the Polish Olympic Committee.
