The Polish top seed saw off the Canadian player 7-6, 6-0 in their women's singles quarterfinal in the Italian capital on Friday, tallying her 26th consecutive victory.
Świątek, who is defending her title at the clay-court tournament in Rome, will now face Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka for a place in the championship match.
The 20-year-old Pole last month won the Stuttgart Open tournament in Germany, claiming her seventh career singles title.
