"Polish culture and its institutions need a return to normality," Duda wrote on Twitter.
He added: "Cinemas, theatres, operas and other artistic events are waiting for audiences. Please support them with your attendance."
Cinemas, theatres, operas and philharmonics in Poland were allowed to reopen on May 21 at half capacity as the government eased rules designed to curb the spread of COVID-19. The move came amid a fall in fresh infections.
Listeners and viewers must, however, observe sanitary precautions. They are not allowed to consume food or drinks while watching a show.
The Polish government in April announced a loosening of COVID restrictions in several stages.
Shopping malls, DIY stores, museums and art galleries around the country were allowed to reopen in early May.
