A group of 16 Poles were traveling on the bus when a truck rammed into it at a high speed, broadcaster TVP Info reported.
The four Polish nationals who suffered injuries in the accident were taken to a hospital from the scene, Polish foreign ministry spokeswoman Ewa Suwara told reporters.
The accident, near the Marsa Alam resort in southeastern Egypt, occurred at around 6 p.m., according to the Polish public broadcaster.
