Snow, strong winds hit Poland: audio report

Weather warnings have been issued for areas across Poland, urging residents to be prepared for heavy snowfall and strong winds.

In the next few days, temperatures in parts of the country will drop to around 15 degrees Celsius below zero, officials said on Friday.

Meanwhile, rescuers in Poland’s southern Tatra mountains have warned skiers and hikers of severe winter conditions, including an increased risk of avalanches.
