A Letter from Poland - the Abortion Debate 1

This is the first of four Letters looking at the abortion debate in Poland. The first two are more focussed on the conservative, anti-abortion side, the second on the liberal-left side. Both sides are found wanting when it comes to providing arguments - something that understands the other side's perspective and might possibly convince them. 

War is said to be "old men talking and young men dying". Is the abortion debate similar?
