More than 4.96 million cross into Poland from Ukraine since war started

 Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, 4.968 million people have been admitted into Poland from that country, Polish Border Guard have informed.

 Over the past day, 24,800 have crossed over the border into Poland, and another 6200 by 7 am on Saturday morning, reported the Border Guard on their Twitter account.

  Meanwhile, in the same time period, 22,400 people crossed from Poland into Ukraine, the Polish Border Guard informed.

 The service adds that 3.045 million people have left Poland for Ukraine since February 24.
