President Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda are visitting London to attend the Queen's funeral, scheduled for Monday.

Later on Sunday, Poland's presidential couple is also expected to be hosted by Liz Truss at the PM's office in London's Downing Street, news outlets reported.

Over the weekend, the UK PM is also set to meet US President Joe Biden, Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, according to Polish state news agency PAP.

Poland's president will be the only leader of a non-native English speaking country to be hosted by Truss ahead of the Queen’s funeral.

Downing Street said the meetings this weekend would not be formal talks, due to the official 10-day period of mourning in Britain.

This means there will be no media access and reporters will not receive summaries of the UK PM’s discussions with foreign leaders, as normally happens, officials said.

Meanwhile on Sunday evening, President Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda are to attend an official dinner held by King Charles III, who ascended to the throne after the Queen's passing.
