What makes the CyberRescue company stand out from the crowd, according to the daily, is that 70 percent of its team are women.

Rzeczpospolita quotes Weronika Bartczak, a cybersecurity expert from the start-up, as saying that the all-female squad is a big advantage.

According to her, women’s “innate empathy and listening skills make the client feel way more calm.”

Poland’s mBank has invested in CyberRescue and last year started offering their clients services provided by the start-up for free, the daily reported.

But CyberRescue’s ambitions are broader than being just a service provided by the bank.

“We have built a database of thousands of engaged clients, who have time and again confirmed that our support, as well as the educational service we provide, have saved them a lot of money,” said Ewelina Dogońska, the startup’s communications manager.

She added: “That’s why we are looking for new partners, who would like to offer our services to their clients.”
