Public health authorities said that 10,300 adverse reactions had been reported among those who received the vaccines by Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, a total of 21,182 doses have been wasted in the rollout, according to the Polish health ministry.
As of Tuesday, Poland had injected nearly 14.7 million first doses of COVID-19 vaccines, while more than 8.3 million people had been fully inoculated, health ministry data showed.
The tally includes two-dose vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna and AstraZeneca as well as Johnson & Johnson's one-shot Janssen vaccine.
On Tuesday, a fresh supply of 108,000 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine arrived in Poland, according to Michał Kuczmierowski, head of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency.
Later this week, Poland expects to receive about 250,000 doses of AstraZeneca's Vaxzevria jab and 250,000 doses of a coronavirus vaccine developed by US drug maker Moderna, Kuczmierowski told reporters.
Children aged 12 to 15 have been given the green light to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as Poland ramps up its inoculation campaign.
The country on Tuesday reported 400 new coronavirus infections and 95 more deaths, bringing the country's total number of cases during the pandemic to 2,875,729 and fatalities to 74,255.
