The study found that, of those respondents who are planning a trip away from home, only 11 percent are thinking of going abroad this summer, while 39 percent are planning to visit a holiday spot inside the country.

Meanwhile, 15 percent of those surveyed said they were intending to travel both domestically and abroad, the study also found, according to PAP.

An earlier survey by pollster Kantar Public showed that only 46 percent of Poles were planning leisure travel in the summer of 2021.

That poll found that 38 percent of Poles did not have any travel plans for this holiday season, the Polish state news agency reported.

Last year, nearly 55 percent of Poles declared they intended to travel for a summer break, according to a survey by the Polish Tourist Organization.
