Polish boxer set to return to ring in New York: interview

The last couple of fights did not go his way. He suffered two straight losses to Finland's Robert Helenius.

But on Saturday the Polish-born, Brooklyn-raised fighter will try to prove that they were just a couple of bumps in the road.

His opponent at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, will be Turkish Olympian Ali Eren Demirezen.

Radio Poland’s Danuta Isler spoke to Kownacki's longtime coach, Keith Trimble, at the iconic Gleason's Gym in New York's Brooklyn borough during a media workout session ahead of the fight.
