The American Film festival, which had its premiere in the south-western Polish city of Wrocław in 2010, is the first event of this kind in Central Europe , focusing solely on contemprary and classic American cinematography .
This year sees 126 productions from across the ocean, including 94 feature films and 32 short films. Sixty-three of these films will be making their debut in Poland, and fifteen will have their European premiere.
The event’s in-person component wraps up on November 12, with selected festival films available for online viewing for an additional week, until November 19.
