McLaughlin, best known for his work with jazz giant Miles Davis and for leading landmark jazz fusion group Mahavishnu Orchestra, will perform at Katowice’s National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra concert hall.
The guitarist is set to play with The 4th Dimension, which is an ensemble he formed in 2007.
In 2003, McLaughlin was ranked 49th in Rolling Stone magazine's list of the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time."
Guitarists Jeff Beck and Pat Metheny have called him the world’s best living guitar player.
