“Poland is deeply concerned about the escalation of violence in East Jerusalem,” the foreign ministry in Warsaw said in a statement on Monday.
It urged “all sides to take immediate actions aimed at de-escalating the current situation and to refrain from confrontational rhetoric.”
At the same time, the Polish foreign ministry condemned “other acts of violence which have occurred over the past days, including around the Gaza Strip and in the West Bank.”
“We are also concerned by the risk of eviction of several Palestinian families in the Sheikh Jarrah district,” the Polish foreign ministry said in its statement.
“We firmly oppose any unilateral actions which exacerbate the current tensions and undermine the prospect of a peaceful resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” it added.
The statement called on “both sides to resume a constructive dialogue aimed at resolving the conflict on the basis of the two-state solution, in line with the internationally agreed parameters.”

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Monday told reporters he was "deeply concerned" about rocket attacks from Gaza against Israel. He added that the attacks should stop "immediately."
Blinken also urged all sides to take steps to de-escalate the situation, the Reuters news agency reported.
UK Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab wrote in a Twitter post on Monday that Britain condemned the firing of rockets at Jerusalem and locations within Israel.
"The ongoing violence in Jerusalem and Gaza must stop," Raab said.
"We need an immediate de-escalation on all sides, and end to
targeting of civilian populations," he added.
