“The European Commission considers that there is a serious breach of the rule of law in Poland," Margaritis Schinas, the Commissioner for Promoting the European Way of Life, said during the debate on Wednesday.
"On July 15, the Commission launched an infringement procedure against Poland in relation to the so-called LGBT ideology-free zone resolutions,” he added.
