While the polls officially closed at 9 p.m., in some places voting was extended into the early hours of Monday. Those who were still waiting in line were allowed to cast their votes after the regular closing hour.

In the southern city of Kraków, one polling site extended voting until 11:30 p.m., while residents in a Warsaw district voted until midnight.

Meanwhile, a polling station in Wrocław, southwestern Poland, extended its hours until 3 a.m.
