Earlier this month, President Volodymyr Zelensky told Ukrainians to brace for new waves of Russian attacks on critical energy infrastructure as winter approached, with Ukrainian military intelligence indicating that Russia may, once again, use the cold weather as a weapon to intensify strikes on Ukrainian energy grid and other crucial infrastructure.

They spoke during the "Rebuild Ukraine" International Trade Exhibition and Conference in Warsaw earlier this week.
