"Together with our international partners, we will ensure Ukraine has the tools to defend their country from Putin’s illegal invasion," Wallace said in a statement.
He added that Britain would also provide counter-battery radar systems, hundreds of drones and more than 50,000 rounds of ammunition, the Reuters news agency reported.
The announcement came after Prime Minister Boris Johnson said last month that Britain would provide another 1 billion pounds (EUR 1.16 billion, USD 1.2 billion) of military support to Ukraine.
Johnson in April promised to step up Britain's military aid to Ukraine and provide more artillery systems amid Russia's offensive in the eastern Donbas region.
