Russia's military death toll in Ukraine rises to 367,620: report

Russia has now lost 367,620 soldiers in Ukraine since invading the country in February 2022, officials in Kyiv said on Thursday.

Ukrainian troops killed 830 Russian soldiers on Wednesday, the General Staff of Ukraine's army reported.

Russia has now also lost 6,050 tanks on the battlefields of Ukraine, including 12 on Wednesday, according to officials.

Ukraine has destroyed 8,699 Russian artillery systems, of which 15 on January 10, the General Staff in Kyiv said.

Ukrainian forces have also brought down 1,806 Russian cruise missiles, including one on Wednesday, Ukraine's state news agency Ukrinform reported.  

Thursday is day 687 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
