Those who registered for the first round and plan to vote in the same location do not need to take any further steps.
However, voters who plan to cast their ballot in a different country - or are returning to Poland to vote - must update their voting district accordingly.
For anyone who misses the registration deadline, there is still a final option: applying for a voting certificate from a Polish consulate, which allows participation in the election from any location. These certificates must be requested by Thursday, May 29.
Poland’s Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski reminded voters via social media that registration status can also be checked through the government’s mObywatel mobile app and online via ewybory.msz.gov.pl.
“This is your last chance,” Sikorski warned, urging citizens to act quickly to ensure their participation in Sunday’s vote.
In Poland, voting certificates for citizens planning to vote abroad can be obtained at local municipal offices.
