The move by Amazon followed a complaint on Sunday from the Auschwitz Memorial, the museum that manages the site of the former camp.
The museum asked the online retailer to withdraw the “disturbing and disrespectful” products.
The merchandise on offer included tree ornaments, a mouse pad and a bottle opener showing images of Auschwitz, where more than 1 million people were exterminated by the Nazis during World War II in German-occupied southern Poland.
The Auschwitz Memorial later tweeted that the items had been removed, thanking social media users for their involvement after its post attracted wide attention.
The "products in question have been removed," Amazon said in a statement.
"All sellers must follow our selling guidelines and those who do not will be subject to action, including potential removal of their account," the e-commerce giant added.
The Auschwitz-Birkenau Nazi death camp operated in German-occupied southern Poland between May 1940 and January 1945.
It was the largest of the Nazi concentration and death camps.
More than 1.1 million people, mostly European Jews, as well as Poles, Roma, Soviet POWs and people of many other nationalities, perished at the camp.
