Polish Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak on Monday revealed that there would be indeed more US soldiers in Poland but declined to give more details.
“The US presence in Poland will be bolstered with at least 1,000 troops. However, where the soldiers will come from, whether from Europe, Asia or the US, is going to be decided by American authorities,” Błaszczak said.
Meanwhile Poland has launched the next stage of the US army-led Defender-Europe 20 exercise.
