The 68-year-old woman hit the 35-year-old examiner while performing a manoeuvre at a test centre in Rybnik, a city in south-western Poland, in June last year.

The examiner died as a result of his injuries in the accident, state news agency PAP reported.

A court in Rybnik also banned the woman from driving for 10 years.
