Polish FM Sikorski stresses importance of psychological warfare and NATO cooperation

During his speech, Sikorski quoted the esteemed Finnish statesman Carl Gustaf Mannerheim, who once said, “In war, the psychological factors are often the decisive ones. An adversary who feels inferior is in reality so.”

The Polish top diplomat emphasized that winning the psychological aspect of the conflict is crucial.

In Sikorski's opinion, NATO allies must collaborate on protecting critical infrastructure, tackling hybrid threats, and addressing Russia’s nuclear threats. This collaboration is essential for showcasing our unified strength.
