Zbigniew Bogucki, a conservative lawmaker from the Law and Justice (PiS) party who managed Nawrocki’s presidential campaign, was named head of the President's Office (KPRP).

Bogucki previously served as governor of Poland’s West Pomerania region.

PiS lawmaker Adam Andruszkiewicz was tapped as Bogucki’s deputy, while campaign manager Paweł Szefernaker, also from PiS, was appointed chief of staff.

Several officials joined Nawrocki from the state-run Institute of National Remembrance (IPN), which he led until taking office this week.

Jarosław Dębowski was named deputy chief of staff, and Rafał Leśkiewicz became presidential press secretary.

Mateusz Kotecki will oversee social affairs, while Agnieszka Jędrzak, former head of international relations at the IPN, was assigned a new portfolio focused on relations with the Polish diaspora.

Salesian priest Jarosław Wąsowicz was named presidential chaplain.

Marcin Przydacz, a conservative lawmaker and former deputy foreign minister, was appointed head of international policy.

Wojciech Kolarski, who served under former President Andrzej Duda, will remain as a foreign policy adviser.

Karol Rabenda, a former deputy state assets minister from PiS, will be responsible for energy, development and strategic projects.

Historian Sławomir Cenckiewicz, who in 2023 chaired a controversial commission probing Russian influence in Poland, was appointed head of the National Security Bureau (BBN).

He will be joined by retired generals Andrzej Kowalski, a former military intelligence chief, and Mirosław Bryś, a former commander in the Territorial Defense Force (WOT).
