The 53-story skyscraper reaches 230 meters to its highest observation terrace, and 310 meters including its spire.

Over the last weekend in September, Leduc climbed to the terrace level, setting a personal record, before authorities pressed charges.

Polish police, according to Radio RDC, confirmed that he could face up to one year in prison for disturbing the peace.

The climber shared a video of the attempt on social media, writing on Instagram: “Varso Tower climb! We did it. Tallest building in Europe. Definitely the dream climb. Thank you all for the support.”

Leduc is known for scaling skyscrapers without safety equipment. He gained international attention in June 2025 when he climbed Warsaw’s Presidential Hotel (formerly the Marriott building), also without protective gear.
