The rally began outside Poland’s Foreign Ministry, where protesters smashed a window and splashed red paint on the entrance, prompting police intervention.
A 23-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman were detained in connection with the incident, authorities said.

Organised by Global Movement to Gaza Poland with support from unions and rights groups including Amnesty International, demonstrators called for breaking ties with Israel and expressed solidarity with activists on board the flotilla, including Polish MP Franciszek Sterczewski.
Poland’s Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said consular staff remain in contact with the detained citizens and reiterated calls to avoid travelling to conflict zones. In its latest statement, the Foreign Ministry also stressed that Poland supports a peace plan for Palestine.
Israeli forces seized the flotilla overnight as it approached within 80 nautical miles of Gaza, saying the ships would not be allowed to break the blockade.
Thursday demonstrations took place in around 20 cities across Poland, with left-wing MP Adrian Zandberg among those addressing protesters in Warsaw.
