A total of 7,028 people have been brought back to Poland on 38 return flights since the evacuations began, the ministry said.
On Saturday evening, three aircraft carrying Polish citizens evacuated from Qatar landed at Warsaw Chopin Airport. The flights brought 282 passengers back to the country.
Two of the planes, operated by the Polish military, landed shortly after 20:00 local time, the ministry said. A third flight, organized by the government and operated by national carrier LOT Polish Airlines, arrived after 2300 local time.
The operation is part of the Polish Military Contingent in the Middle East, which is coordinating the evacuation of Polish citizens from the region. Authorities said evacuations are continuing.
About 1,000 people are leaving the United Arab Emirates each day, the ministry said.
The government has also called on low-cost airlines to assist passengers seeking to return from the Middle East to Europe, saying that tourists who travelled with budget carriers have faced the greatest difficulties arranging flights home.
