US President Donald Trump fared even worse, it said, with 16 percent expressing a favourable opinion and 77 percent an unfavorable one.
Nawrocki and Trump received the lowest favourable ratings among the Western politicians included in the poll.
Meanwhile, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk was viewed favourably by 45 percent of respondents, while 35 percent expressed a negative opinion.
In February last year, 72 percent of respondents expressed a favourable opinion of Poland's previous president, Andrzej Duda.
Nawrocki was elected president in June last year and took office on August 6, 2025.
Ukrainians had the most negative views of the leaders of Russia and Belarus.
Russian President Vladimir Putin was viewed unfavourably by 97 percent of respondents, while 90 percent had a negative view of Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko.
The poll also found an increase in favourable views of French President Emmanuel Macron and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz was viewed more favourably than his predecessor Olaf Scholz.
Last month, 64 percent of respondents had a favorable view of Merz, compared with 57 percent who viewed Scholz favourably in February last year.
Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar also received substantially more favourable ratings than his predecessor Viktor Orban.
While 74 percent of respondents viewed Orban negatively, 34 percent expressed a negative opinion of Magyar.
France was considered the most friendly country toward Ukraine, with 81 percent of respondents describing it as friendly, followed by Britain at 80 percent, Lithuania and Germany each at 77 percent, and Moldova at 68 percent.
A majority of respondents also viewed Romania and the United States as friendly toward Ukraine, at 56 percent and 54 percent respectively.
Poland ranked lower, with 50 percent of respondents describing it as a friendly country toward Ukraine and 21 percent considering its attitude toward Ukraine hostile.
