"We will invite the first ladies from Europe here, and I will certainly invite Mrs. Melania Trump, because she was the inspiration for these meetings," Nawrocka said in a YouTube interview last week.
The meeting would focus on the future and children's safety online, Nawrocka said on September 10.
She said discussions would address online hate and other threats children may encounter on the internet, as well as the "positive educational aspects" of the internet that children can use.
Nawrocka said the issue was particularly important and that parents should educate their children about online risks and talk with them about their experiences on the internet.
She first expressed an interest in organising such an event in Poland in July, when she attended a meeting of spouses of NATO leaders in Ankara at the invitation of Turkey's first lady, Emine Erdogan, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
The meeting was held under the theme "Children, Technology and Security: Protecting Future Generations."
In March, Melania Trump hosted a summit of her "Fostering the Future Together" initiative in Washington. Nawrocka was among 45 first ladies and first gentlemen invited to the gathering.
She told the gathering that addressing online risks required "a combined approach of education, support and responsibility," so that children can use technology safely while parents and teachers feel equipped to guide them.
She also urged digital creators to take children’s well-being into account at the design stage when developing new technologies.
