Adults over 18 legally residing in Poland who are not covered by health insurance will no longer be entitled to reimbursement for prescription medications and medical products.
Under the new rules, prescriptions for Ukrainians will be issued at full cost.
Adult Ukrainian citizens will also lose access to spa treatment, rehabilitation, dental care, medication programs, and specialized treatments, including cataract surgery and joint replacement.
However, the National Health Fund clarifies that most of these changes will not affect children and minors, who will continue to receive care under the existing regulations.
