Pollster CBOS said trust in the president decreased by 1 percentage point compared with a similar survey a month earlier.
At the same time, 26 percent of respondents said they did not trust Nawrocki, up by 1 percentage point from the previous month, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski came in second, with 43 percent of those polled trusting him.
Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz was named the third-most trusted politician in the country, with 41 percent of those surveyed saying they have confidence in him.
Far-right leaders Sławomir Mentzen and Krzysztof Bosak tied for fourth place, each with 40 percent, 2 percentage points more than Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski, the PAP news agency reported.
Meanwhile, opposition leader Jarosław Kaczyński is the most distrusted politician in the country, according to the survey.
Fifty-five percent of respondents said they distrusted Kaczyński, while 54 percent said the same of far-right politician Grzegorz Braun.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk ranked third in terms of distrust, with 52 percent, CBOS reported.
The survey was carried out from October 2 to 13 on a sample of 901 respondents.
