On the evening of 31 October, Halloween was celebrated in cities across Poland - including Łódź and Szczecin - each adding a creative and distinctly local twist to the autumn tradition.
In the north-western port city of Szczecin, Halloween took on a classic twist as car enthusiasts gathered for a Classic Halloween rally featuring around 50 vintage vehicles decorated with cobwebs, pumpkins and ghosts.

In Poland, Halloween is increasingly viewed as an occasion for community fun, creativity and family-friendly events in public spaces.

In Łódź, in the country’s central region, a colourful parade made its way down Piotrkowska Street, the city’s main pedestrian thoroughfare.

Participants - children, parents and costumed revellers - stopped at two “sweet spots”: Rubinstein Passage and Liberty Square.

There, they were greeted with candy surprises, while those who discovered a hidden “spooky treat” received special prizes from the organisers.

The parade concluded at the Manufaktura market square, where festivities continued late into the evening.
