In a video posted on social media platform X on Monday, Tusk appeared surrounded by the wreckage of Russian drones that fell on Polish territory in early September.
"What you see behind me are the remains of Russian drones that came down on Polish soil on the night of September 9 to 10," he said.
"This is how every hostile drone, every Russian drone that enters Polish airspace will end," he added.
"That’s why we are investing billions in a modern army and modern services to secure our skies and our land," he also said.
The video was filmed inside a facility belonging to the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW).
Tusk’s comments come as Poland accelerates defence spending following a series of airspace incidents linked to Russia’s war in Ukraine.
During the September incident, some 20 drones crossed into Polish airspace as Russia carried out strikes on western Ukraine.
Polish and NATO radar systems tracked multiple objects, and those posing a threat were shot down, according to officials.
The military prosecutor’s office in the eastern city of Lublin is leading an investigation into the incident.
Poland has also expressed support for an EU plan to build a multi-billion-euro "anti-drone wal" along the bloc’s eastern frontier, including on its borders with Belarus and Ukraine.
The project is expected to reach initial operational capability by the end of next year and to be fully operational by 2027.
