He said the invitation reflected recognition of Poland’s role on the international stage.
The proposed body would be chaired for life by Trump and would initially focus on the conflict in Gaza before expanding its remit to other international disputes, the Reuters news agency reported.
It said Trump has invited about 60 countries to join the initiative, with permanent membership available to those that pay USD 1 billion.
