Speaking at his residence during the launch of the Freedom250 campaign celebrating U.S. ideals, Rose paid tribute to generations of Polish soldiers who fought alongside American forces—from the Revolutionary War to missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“We honor Polish soldiers, Polish sacrifice, and the Polish-American partnership,” Rose said.
He emphasized Poland’s dedication to national security and defense investment, calling it “exactly the kind of ally President Donald Trump expects.” Rose added that for the U.S., collective responsibility is not a slogan but a test of credibility.
“If our allies want the full benefits of our support, they must be like Poland—with real spending, real readiness,” he said.
Beyond defense, Rose highlighted energy cooperation, pointing to last year’s nuclear partnership between Poland’s National Center for Nuclear Research and U.S.-based Westinghouse. He also noted that over 1,600 American companies have invested more than USD 30 billion in Poland.
