How Poland could be affected by Iran conflict: expert

Washington says its main aim is to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.

President Donald Trump said he had not yet decided whether to send US forces to seize Iran’s uranium stockpiles.

As Poles began expressing concern over rising fuel and energy prices, the government said on Monday there was no reason to fear fuel shortages.

Could Poland be affected by, or even dragged into, this potentially protracted conflict?

To find out more, Michał Owczarek spoke with Marcin Andrzej Piotrowski, an expert from the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM).
