The visit will open on Saturday morning, New York time, with a wreath-laying ceremony at the "Survivor Tree"—a Callery pear that survived the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center—followed by a stop at the 9/11 Memorial.
On Sunday, the presidential couple will attend Mass at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church in New York's Greenpoint neighbourhood, before meeting members of the Polish-American community in the afternoon.
Monday's schedule includes several engagements.
In the morning, Nawrocki will speak at the Polish-American Economic Summit, held at the Pilecki Institute in New York.
In the afternoon, he is due to meet the presidents of Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, as well as UN Secretary-General António Guterres and the president of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, Khalilur Rahman.
A ceremony awarding Polish state honours is planned for the evening.
Separately, Marta Nawrocka will meet members of the NaRowerze.us cycling group for a joint bike ride.
On Tuesday, Nawrocki will take part in the traditional welcome of heads of state and government by the UN Secretary-General, followed by the opening of the general debate.
He is also scheduled to speak to Polish media and meet African Union chairman and Burundian President Évariste Ndayishimiye.
In the evening, the Polish presidential couple will attend a welcome reception hosted by US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump.
On Wednesday, Nawrocki will open the afternoon session of the UN debate as its first speaker.
The general debate is the UN General Assembly's annual gathering of world leaders, running this year from September 22 to 28.
