The drone will be delivered to the 12th Unmanned Aircraft Base in Mirosławiec, western Poland, Kosiniak-Kamysz said during a visit to the site.
He described the MQ-9B SkyGuardian as the largest and most expensive drone to enter service with the Polish armed forces.
The drone is a remotely-controlled military aircraft manufactured by US company General Atomics Aeronautical Systems.
Poland signed a USD 310 million contract for three MQ-9B drones in December 2024.
They will replace older MQ-9A Reapers, which the military has leased since February 2023 and which are currently stationed in Mirosławiec.
The delivery comes as Poland significantly increases its spending on unmanned systems.
Kosiniak-Kamysz said annual expenditure on such aircraft stood at around PLN 100 million (EUR 23 million) in 2023, while PLN 26 billion (EUR 5.9 billion) has been allocated for drones and counter-drone technology this year.
He linked the increase to lessons learned from the war in Ukraine, saying that unmanned aircraft should now be part of every military unit.
Around PLN 1 billion (EUR 227 million) has already been invested in infrastructure at the Mirosławiec base, with a further PLN 900 million (EUR 205 million) planned for a logistics centre.
Kosiniak-Kamysz, who is also a deputy prime minister, identified drones and counter-drone systems, artificial intelligence, and low-cost long-range precision weapons as the military's three main modernisation priorities for 2026.
He stressed the need to train more operators and instructors.
From September next year, students in military-preparation classes at secondary schools across Poland will receive training in how to fly drones, state news agency PAP reported.
