Poland’s Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak and UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace are expected to talk about tensions beyond Poland's eastern border with Ukraine and Belarus.
According to the Polish defence ministry, the main topic of the meeting will be "the Russian threat to Ukraine and Central European countries."
Other topics include the situation in Belarus and cybersecurity, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
It quoted the British Ministry of Defence as saying that Błaszczak and Wallace would also discuss cooperation between Warsaw and London as part of NATO.
UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson last week expressed deep concern about Russia's hostile activity on the Ukrainian border in a call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the BBC reported.
Johnson warned Putin that any further incursion by troops on the border would be "a tragic miscalculation" by Russia, according to the British public broadcaster.
